Z1000
Like an ancient Roman gladiator stepping into the
Coliseum to do battle, the Kawasaki Z1000 Super Naked
Bike returns to the 2007 Kawasaki lineup with minimal
body work and hardware that expresses a very clear
purpose.
Radical in appearance and designed to function as
a pure sport bike, the Kawasaki Z1000 backs its aggressive
style with an in-line-four, DOHC 16-valve engine,
which produces tractable power for hard acceleration
in any rpm range. The lightweight, all-aluminum cylinder
block, with chrome composite plated lining for wear
resistance and superior heat dispersion are features
borrowed from the Kawasaki Ninja sportbike line.
